I’m 27, have one sister (who I love to bits), 3 Mums (count them!) and a wonderful Dad 🙂

I’m an avid BookCrosser, and have been for a few years now. A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to go on a huge trip round the US (for 5 months), where I also worked at a summer camp in Virginia. I got to meet some awesome (is there any other kind) BookCrossers, as well as some just ‘normal’ fantastic people 🙂

In 2011 I did an awesome trip through the USA (New York, DC, Chicago, and then drove Route 66 with a good friend Skyring), Netherlands, Spain, and Scotland.

I have just moved to Edinburgh (the Scottish one, I’m sure there are others!) and am LOVING it so far! As I’m sure you can tell from all the excited blog entries 😀

Obviously with BookCrossing, comes reading – you can find me over at Goodreads if you wanna know what I’m reading, but right now I am in love with Neil Gaiman 😀 Fave genres are kids/teen, fiction, poetry (is that even a genre?), mystery/thrillers. Interestingly enough I don’t like horror/thriller movies cos the gore completely grosses me out….even though I know it’s fake it still gets to me.

I really like to smile 🙂

LOVE music! My favourite band is Sister Hazel (who barely anyone in NZ has heard of 😦 ) Amanda Palmer is my other current favourite, but obviously there is more (it changes far too often to keep this up to date! Other bands I seem to find I’m listening to a lot include Death Cab for Cutie, and Great Big Sea.

Oh yeah, I’m from New Zealand! Wellington to be specific.

I have a degree in teaching (primary and secondary) and one in history. Still deciding if doing 2 degrees in 4 years was a sign of intelligence or stupidity 😉

So yeah…that’s me in a nutshell….
